The company takes the whole process manufacturing ability as the core, integrating high-pressure die-casting (such as: aluminum/magnesium/zinc alloy), multi-axis CNC machining and aluminum profile deep processing technology. We provide lightweight and high-strength integrated component solutions for automotive parts, humanoid robots, evtol flying machines, 3C digital, consumer electronics, aviation parts and other industries. Relying on industrial CT inspection and intelligent management system, we ensure that our products meet automotive grade standards. Rooted in Dongguan manufacturing cluster, through technology + supply chain dual synergy, to precision process innovation to promote manufacturing energy efficiency leap.
The company has its own mold room and high-precision measurement center to realize the whole process of closed loop from mold development to quality control. The mold is equipped with advanced processing equipment and technical team, which can quickly respond to the demand for customized molds and ensure product precision and production efficiency; meanwhile, the measurement center introduces industrial CT, CMM and other precision instruments to strictly control the dimensional tolerance and surface quality.
