Die casting processing is suitable for a variety of metal materials, mainly including the following:

 1. Aluminium alloy Characteristics: Aluminium alloy has the characteristics of low density, high strength, good corrosion resistance, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, etc., which is very suitable for die-casting processing. Common aluminium alloy grades include A380, A360, A390, A413, ADC12 and so on. Application areas: widely used in automotive parts (such as engine block, cylinder head, transmission housing), aerospace, electronic products shell.

2. Zinc alloy Characteristics: Zinc alloy has a low melting point (381 - 419°C), good fluidity, excellent casting performance, and is suitable for complex shaped parts. Common zinc alloy grades include zinc alloy #2, #3, #5, #7, ZA8, ZA27 and so on. Applications: Commonly used in hardware, toys, locks, automotive parts, electronic component housings, and so on.

3. magnesium alloy Characteristics: magnesium alloy is one of the lightest metal structural materials, with good strength-to-weight ratio, shock absorption and dimensional stability. Common magnesium alloy grades include AZ91D, AM60B, AS41B and so on. Applications: Mainly used in aerospace, automotive lightweight parts, electronic product housings and so on.

4. copper alloy Characteristics: copper alloy has high strength, high electrical conductivity and high thermal conductivity, but die casting is difficult. Common copper alloys include brass (e.g. C85700) and bronze (e.g. C93200). Application areas: suitable for the manufacture of electrical connectors, radiators, ship parts, etc..

5. Tin alloys Characteristics: Tin alloys have a low melting point (170 - 230°C), good fluidity and high corrosion resistance. Application areas: Mainly used for decorations, figurines, jewellery, etc.

6. Lead alloys Characteristics: Lead alloys are soft, low melting point (183 - 327°C), good corrosion resistance. Application areas: mainly used for radiation shielding, but application is limited due to toxicity.

7. tin-based alloys Characteristics: low melting point, good corrosion resistance, easy to cast at low temperatures. Application areas: for electronics, jewellery and special applications. Summary Die casting processing is mainly applied to low melting point of non-ferrous metals and their alloys, such as aluminium, zinc, magnesium, copper and so on. These materials have good casting properties and mechanical properties, and can meet the needs of different industries
